Natural hazards on the map of your supplier network
- New feature
The supplier network map now shows where a natural hazard has affected companies in your network – as a triangle in the colour of its alert level. Click one to see the affected companies and their distance, and to jump to them in the graph. Below the map, these events of the last 14 days are listed – from alert level yellow and only where they affect companies in your network.
- New feature
- 9.446.443
Threat radar: natural hazards near your suppliers
- New feature
The radar now also reports earthquakes, tropical cyclones, floods, volcanic eruptions, wildfires and droughts near a supplier – for example "Earthquake M6.6 38 km away". A red alert raises the rating by two levels, an orange one by one, a yellow one is a notice. The effect fades after three days and ends after 14 days; as with cyber findings it can be acknowledged for your own organisation, and the email settings apply here too.
- New feature
- 9.445.442
Correcting master data and links after the fact
- Enhancement
Our support team can now correct wrongly captured company data directly – name, VAT number, website, phone and address. An accidentally created link between a company and a supplier can be disconnected; assessments or questionnaires already captured are kept. It can be moved to the right company or removed entirely as long as nothing is attached to it yet. Every correction is recorded with a reason.
- Enhancement
- 9.444.441
Threat and cyber radar: incidents, chain effect and email
- New feature
The radar now has a third layer: documented cyber incidents such as extortion or data leaks. Every six hours they are matched against all supplier companies – by domain, otherwise by company name and country; a merely similar name remains a suspicion and does not raise anything.
- New feature
Under Account and settings you can choose when the radar sends an email: only when a rating is raised, only for notices, for both or never – for your own organisation, direct suppliers and their sub-suppliers. Optionally the email goes to a crisis distribution list instead of the account owners; at most one per supplier per hour.
- Enhancement
A documented incident at a sub-supplier now also raises the suppliers that list it as critical or important by one level – shown as "incident at a sub-supplier" and acknowledgeable for your own organisation. The radar card on the dashboard counts active and total reports. In a supplier's "Other reports", third-party data corrections now appear next to the cyber finding.
- New feature
- 9.443.440
Review cycle: one click leads to the task
- Enhancement
In the Review cycle card under Reports, the badges "Overdue" and "Open" now lead directly to where the review is done: the risk assessment and the annual rating open immediately, for review interval and master data the supplier row is highlighted, questionnaires and evidence appear narrowed to the supplier. The questionnaire list now also takes over the supplier from the row menu of the supplier list.
- Enhancement
- 12.442.436
Review deadlines in your own calendar
- New feature
The deadlines of the review cycle can be added to your own calendar: each deadline individually in Google Calendar, all together as a calendar file for Google, Apple and Outlook - or as a subscription that keeps itself up to date. The subscription address belongs to your own user and can be revoked at any time. Every event reminds you seven days in advance.
- New feature
- 9.441.435
All admin dialogs now behave the same way
- Enhancement
The keyboard operation recently introduced for part of the admin dialogs now applies to all of them: the dialogs for admins, auditors, billing, prices, checklists, claims, dispatching, frameworks, languages, mail templates, questionnaires, subscriptions, supplier import, approvals, terms and the company card included. In addition, every dialog announces its title to the screen reader.
- Enhancement
- 9.440.434
Review cycle in the reports
- New feature
Under Reports a new card shows which data and documents are in the annual review: per connected supplier the own risk assessment, the risk score with its review interval, the annual rating, every questionnaire with its validity, self-recorded evidence and the master data verification, each with last and next review and the status open, done, overdue or deleted. The four counters filter the list; the list can be downloaded as a CSV file.
- New feature
- 9.439.433
Change log as CSV in the reports
- New feature
Under Reports the change log can be downloaded as a CSV file: for the last 24 hours, one week, one month, six or twelve months, optionally limited to connected suppliers, risk classification, data flow, user settings, questionnaires, review interval or ratings. Each row states the time, the subject, the changed details before and after and the actor's identifier or the automatic run that triggered the change. Large reports are not regenerated on every click; the card shows the date of the stored version.
- New feature
- 8.438.432
Register sync retries failed lookups the same day
- Enhancement
If a register lookup in the morning run fails because of a temporary problem at the remote side, it is now retried automatically the same day instead of waiting for the next due date. The entry in the call log now shows the remote side's response, not just the status code.
- Enhancement
- 9.437.431
Legal status shown as one consistent badge
- Enhancement
In the list of connected suppliers the legal status now appears as the same badge as in the supplier area - same shape, same width, same colours. Below it still shows when the register was last checked.
- Enhancement
- 9.436.430
Complete change history, traceable for 13 months
- Enhancement
Every creation, change and deletion of data is now recorded consistently - with the changed details before and after and with a note on who or which automatic run triggered it. Entries are kept for 13 months so that the last twelve months are always fully traceable; the rule is visible in the log overview of the admin panel.
- Enhancement
- 9.436.428
Sub-supplier risk assessment only in the Business Hub
- Enhancement
A supplier now only sets the significance of its sub-suppliers; risk assessments are maintained in the Business Hub. Existing assessments remain readable.
- Enhancement
- 9.435.427
One place for tier-1 suppliers with both roles
- Enhancement
Suppliers who additionally receive the business account automatically find their previously captured tier-1 suppliers in the Business Hub - with risk assessment, annual rating and audits. The supplier area still shows them and points to the Business Hub for maintenance. If the business account goes away and it was the company's last account, the suppliers return to the supplier area.
- Enhancement
- 9.435.426
Calmer status labels in supplier lists
- Enhancement
Status labels in the supplier lists of the Business Hub and the supplier area now share the same small, discreet typeface and softer colours; the four risk levels of your own assessment are clearly distinguishable by colour. In the supplier network, the routes to identical sub-suppliers are listed one per line instead of as running text.
- Enhancement
- 9.433.425
Captured sub-suppliers take over their record when they register
- Enhancement
If a company was captured by a supplier as a sub-supplier and later registers itself, it automatically takes over its existing record: the supply chains of those who captured it immediately show the registered profile, no second company is created, and registration no longer fails the duplicate check.
- Enhancement
- 9.432.424
Reset the database to a backup from the admin area
- Enhancement
A master administrator can reset the database to an existing backup with one click under “Backups”: with a preview per collection, typed confirmation, a reason, an automatic maintenance window, a backup of the previous state as the way back and a note that is kept as a file and sent by e-mail.
- Enhancement
Maintenance mode now also blocks customer accounts that are already signed in, not just sign-in; the sign-in page shows the maintenance notice.
- Enhancement
- 9.431.423
Activations in the admin area readable in English
- Enhancement
The “Activations” page in the admin area now follows the selected language: columns, buttons, notes, forms and the price tiers can be read completely in English.
- Enhancement
- 9.430.422
Admin dialogs keep the focus
- Enhancement
Dialogs in the admin area can now be operated fully with the keyboard: focus moves into the dialog on opening, stays inside it with Tab, Escape closes it, and after closing the focus returns to where it was. The page behind is not operable meanwhile – not for screen readers either.
- Enhancement
- 9.429.421
Database backups: download by the master admin only
- Security
In the admin area, a database backup can now only be downloaded by the master admin, and every download is recorded with time, account and address. The list of downloads is shown on the “Database backups” page.
- Security
- 9.428.420
“Criticality” column for direct suppliers
- Enhancement
In the supplier area, the column for direct suppliers is now called “Criticality”, and the coloured badge in it no longer carries the extra dot – the column is narrower as a result. The same word is used in the maintenance dialog and the history.
- Enhancement
- 9.427.419
Evidence retention when removing test cases
- Enhancement
When a test case is removed for good in the admin area, the platform first stores an extract of exactly the affected records. It is kept for seven days, is accessible to the master admin only, every retrieval is recorded, and it can be opted out of before the run – for instance when data must go for data-protection reasons. The records of previous runs are now visible in the admin area.
- Enhancement
- 9.426.418
One colour language for tiles and badges
- Enhancement
Metric tiles and badges now follow the same colour scale: whatever is marked amber, green or red in a list carries the same colour in the tile above it – with no intermediate step that could drift apart. Tiles can also show the informational tone.
- Enhancement
- 9.425.417
Audit quotations with a validity – 14 days, then closed automatically
- New feature
A quotation for a supplier audit is valid for 14 days from the day it was issued. The open quotations show the remaining time with a note on the rule; whatever is still open after that is closed by the platform as declined, and the ordering party is notified. No quotation remains an open decision forever.
- New feature
- 9.424.416
Questionnaire result per domain – for the company, the supplier and the widget
- New feature
Once the auditor has approved a framework questionnaire, the company sees its supplier's result: total points, level and points per domain. The supplier sees the same result on their questionnaire; it appears in their scorecards and can be shown in the website widget. During the review and after a rejection, the status with its reason is shown in both places.
- New feature
- 9.423.415
Framework questionnaires: the system scores, an auditor approves
- New feature
When a supplier completes a framework questionnaire, the system scores it immediately and sets the process to «Under review». An auditor checks questions and answers once more and approves or rejects with a reason. On rejection the supplier automatically receives a new request and both sides learn the reason; on approval, company and supplier are informed of the result.
- New feature
- 9.422.414
Archive framework questionnaires – and permanently delete only what nobody needs any more
- New feature
Framework questionnaires can be archived in the admin area: they are no longer offered, existing results remain traceable, and archiving can be undone. Only an archived questionnaire that nothing refers to any more can be deleted permanently – the preview shows beforehand what still depends on it.
- New feature
- 9.421.413
Create framework questionnaires from a file – with a sample template
- New feature
The admin area offers a sample template for framework questionnaires as an Excel or CSV file, pre-filled with the domains of the selected framework on request. A checked file can be taken over with one click: as a new questionnaire, as a new version of one already in use, or in place of a version never used.
- New feature
- 9.420.412
Read and check framework questionnaires from a file
- New feature
A framework questionnaire can be read in the admin area from a CSV or Excel file. The file is checked line by line; every finding names the line and the reason, and the domains contained, with their points and the total, are shown.
- New feature
- 9.419.411
A released company no longer carries a previous tenant along
- Security
When a company is assigned again in the admin area – whether by assigning it to an account or by approving an order – the administrator now decides explicitly whether to take over a previous tenant's data or to release the company. If nothing was attached when the assignment was released, the company is free again immediately.
- Security
- 9.418.410
Framework questionnaires with points per answer – the basis for automatic evaluation
- New feature
Yes/no, single-choice and multiple-choice questions of a framework questionnaire now carry points per answer option. Answers can thus be scored per domain and into an overall result without manual assessment; a question's maximum score follows from its options.
- Enhancement
The questionnaire list in the admin area shows the domains contained, with their names, and the total of attainable points – so it is visible before use whether a questionnaire covers the full 1000 points.
- Enhancement
When filling in a questionnaire, related questions can share one page. Without that setting it remains one question per page.
- Fix
Problem resolved with framework questionnaires in the admin area: when editing questions, the assigned points and domains were not retained in every case.
- New feature
- 9.416.401
The supplier's supply chain looks like the company's – and speaks the same language
- Enhancement
«My direct suppliers» in the supplier area now shows the same columns in the same order and with the same words as «Connected suppliers» in the business area: company with number and sector, significance with its change history, visibility, QM score, platform risk, freshness of evidence, legal status, data protection and an action menu with «Rate now», «Report incident» and «Disconnect». Previously it had columns and words of its own, and the markers differed in width.
- New feature
A supplier can rate its upstream suppliers with the same annual rating a company uses for its suppliers – via «Rate now» in the supply chain. The rating feeds into the upstream supplier's QM score, which now shows the same grade in both areas. Rating an upstream supplier by risk factors is no longer offered in the supplier area; it remains reserved for the business area.
- Enhancement
The operating status of a supply relationship is gone. Whoever is no longer supplied by an upstream supplier disconnects – as in the business area. Relationships that had been set out of operation are visible again; the step is recorded in the change log.
- New feature
Under «Who lists me», an upstream supplier can confirm or dispute a supply relationship in which it is named. The statement is recorded with its timestamp in the change log. Accepting an invitation into a supply chain confirms the relationship at the same time.
- Enhancement
In the side rail of the supplier area, inviting an upstream supplier now sits where manual entry used to be – as in the business area. Manual entry remains available via «Add supplier» on the supply chain page.
- Enhancement
Countries are recognised in any common spelling when a company is captured, imported or given a profile address – as a code, an abbreviation or a name in German, English, French or Italian – and stored uniformly; an unknown entry is named rather than accepted. Country names stored earlier have been brought in line. The country filter in the admin area now also finds companies it previously missed because of their spelling.
- Enhancement
- 9.414.400
One path to a new supplier – the same on both sides
- Enhancement
In the supplier area, «Add supplier» now follows the same path as in the business area: first the search in your own directory, then in the company register, and only then manual entry – with the company name carried over. «Record upstream supplier yourself» in the side rail leads there as well. The separate button for manual entry is gone; it was the third step of this path, not a path of its own.
- Enhancement
The significance, the operating status and the history of a supply relationship each open their own window with just that one setting. Previously all three sat in a single window, whichever one you had clicked.
- Enhancement
The «Verification» column in «My direct suppliers» has been removed. It showed a status that could never change after capture and therefore said nothing.
- Enhancement
The status markers in the questionnaire centre and for the company status in the supply chain carry shorter labels and are therefore noticeably narrower – «Under review» instead of a whole sentence, for example.
- Fix
Every labelled button in the workspace is recognisable as clickable – with a fill or a visible border. A few buttons, such as «Cancel» in dialogs, were previously just grey text.
- Enhancement
- 9.413.399
Your own supply chain can be kept up to date again
- New feature
In «My direct suppliers», the significance and the operating status of a supply relationship can now be updated at any time: the name, the significance and the operating status all lead into the same dialog. Previously the significance was set once at capture and stayed, even where a direct supplier had long become replaceable – and the risk assessment kept using it.
- Enhancement
«Out of operation» refers to the relationship, not to the company: the legal status from the commercial register still sits next to it, unchanged and as information. Hovering over either one says which is which.
- New feature
Every such change is recorded with its timestamp. A marker on the row opens the history of that specific relationship; the overview below the table covers the last 90 days across all relationships and states for each entry which setting was changed – visibility, significance, justification or operating status.
- Enhancement
Capturing a direct supplier now proceeds in order: first the search in your own directory, and only if it finds nothing, the path to the company register – with the company name already carried over. This applies equally in the business and the supplier area, and prevents a company being created anew when it already exists.
- Enhancement
Status markers are now exactly as wide as their longest label – in questionnaires, the document vault and the supply chain. Previously some markers were noticeably wider than necessary, which read like a ranking when seen one below the other.
- Fix
Buttons now share one colour scheme across the workspace. A few were previously not recognisable as clickable because their border was not drawn.
- Enhancement
The checksum of a released document can be copied instead of being typed off the screen. The demonstration widget can be collapsed again, and the widget page in the supplier area now shows fetches and clicks at the top, just as in the business area.
- Enhancement
The list of clients carrying a supplier in their chain is now titled «Who carries me as an important supplier» – it deliberately shows only those.
- New feature
- 9.411.398
Consistent markers and a more reliable early warning
- Enhancement
Status markers now share one shape across the workspace and one width per column – in questionnaires, data corrections, the document vault, audits and the supply chain. Read one below the other, the longest word previously looked like the more important state.
- Fix
For a cyber finding, the malware families named are now listed cleanly. These names are what needs to be searched for in the affected systems - they have to be right.
- Enhancement
Entering a company yourself now runs in three named steps: first look in the directory, then search the official company register, and only then enter the details yourself. Each step says what it does and what to do if it finds nothing – the same in the business and the supplier area. And it now says whom such an entry counts for: until the review body confirms it, for you alone.
- Optimisation
If the early warning fails to deliver, we can now trace why - instead of only that something was missing. Outages are therefore resolved faster. Nothing changes in how you use it.
- Enhancement
- 9.407.397
Maintained addresses, clearer markers, monitored early warning
- Security
Address handling for links the system hands out – share links and the references in e-mails – has been revised and unified.
- Enhancement
The status markers in the share-link overview now share one width. Read one below the other, the longest word previously looked like the more important state.
- Optimisation
Monitoring of the cyber early warning has been extended: if information fails to arrive, we now notice and follow it up – instead of it going unnoticed. Nothing changes in how you use the early warning; it simply rests on a more reliable basis.
- Security
- 9.405.396
Every figure in the supplier area leads to what it counts
- Enhancement
The key figures in the supplier area are now clickable: one click on “expiring soon”, “overdue” or “under review” shows exactly the entries behind them – no searching, no scrolling. An active selection is named above the list, and one click clears it again.
- Optimisation
Figure and list come from the same rule. What a key figure states is what its click delivers – countable, row by row.
- Enhancement
- 9.405.395
Every release goes through one more check
- Optimisation
Before a new release is built, we now check the complete source of all four applications in a dedicated step. That makes releases more dependable – new features reach you faster and without hiccups.
- Optimisation
- 9.403.394
Company logos come from our own servers
- Security
When you open a supplier list, your browser fetches the company logos from us alone – with no detour via a third party. The same applies to the badge you embed on your own website: your visitors only ever talk to us.
- Enhancement
When you upload a company logo, the interface now tells you exactly what is accepted – and the file's content is checked as it arrives, instead of turning out to be a problem later on.
- Security
- 9.402.393
One click takes you to what the number is about
- Enhancement
The figures in the assessment overview on your dashboard are now paths: clicking «Open» opens the list of exactly those items – no more searching once you get there.
- New feature
Once you have acknowledged a notice about a supplier, it now appears with the time, the person and your reasoning right at the supplier – you can always look up who decided what, and when.
- New feature
As a supplier, «Who lists me» shows which companies and suppliers list you as an important part of their supply chain – and in your supplier list, each company now appears with its own logo as soon as it has uploaded one.
- Enhancement
- 9.395.392
Small markers in the supplier row – and the hint comes on its own
- Enhancement
In your supplier list, notices now appear as small markers instead of text badges. Hover or click one and the notice appears – and only that. The row stays where it is.
- New feature
Open a supplier and the same markers appear next to their QM score. You no longer have to go back to the list to see what is on record for them.
- New feature
The detail card has two new columns: «Shared suppliers» shows which sub-suppliers other suppliers of yours name as well, and «Other notices» collects what is on record for this company outside the official registers.
- Enhancement
- 9.393.391
Clearer names for how much a supplier matters – and you see at once who already exists
- Enhancement
How much a supplier matters to you is now called «Indispensable», «Important» or «Replaceable». An (i) next to it explains what is meant: what a supplier is worth to you – not what they risk. Your existing entries stay as they are.
- New feature
The search when recording a supplier now also finds companies that are already on the platform without an account of their own. Each result says what it is: with its own account, directory only, or already in your list.
- Enhancement
When adding a company you now see while typing whether it already exists – and can add the existing record instead of creating a second one.
- New feature
As a supplier you can add a company that is already on the platform straight to your supply chain – no invitation needed, the same way a business does with its suppliers.
- Enhancement
- 9.392.390
Invite or record your own upstream suppliers – straight from the supplier area
- Enhancement
In the supplier area the paths now sit right beside your work: invite an upstream supplier or record one yourself.
- Enhancement
Inviting an upstream supplier follows the same path as a company invitation: the same form, the same preview, the same daily allowance. Once they accept, they appear in your supply chain and maintain their own details from then on.
- Enhancement
An invitation includes how critical the supply relationship is and why – both are applied on acceptance, and you can change them at any time.
- Enhancement
Recording a supplier leads straight into the capture dialog – with no intermediate step.
- Enhancement
If the search finds no supplier account, it now says what was searched and how to continue: record the company yourself or invite it.
- Enhancement
- 9.388.389
Security notices at the supplier – with date, context and decision
- Enhancement
In your supplier list the supplier concerned now shows what it is about and since when – for example "credentials in circulation" with the date reported, instead of a general notice.
- Enhancement
A click shows whether and how much the notice affects your rating – and you decide right there, without leaving the list.
- Enhancement
A decision you have made stays visible: you can see later that the notice was handled, and need not look again.
- Enhancement
Notices that do not change your rating are marked as such – you see at once where nothing needs doing.
- Enhancement
- 9.386.388
Clearer tables in the supplier area – statuses, columns and history
- Enhancement
In the questionnaire centre every status now appears in your language – and an overdue questionnaire is recognisable at a glance.
- Enhancement
In your supply chain every column says what it shows: the headings sit above the right entries, and the controls on the right have headings of their own.
- Enhancement
Your company history now appears as a table with date, event and notes instead of running text.
- Enhancement
- 9.384.387
Several domains per company – with status, approval and a right to object
- New feature
Your company can now hold several web domains instead of just one. Under “Domains” you can see which are recorded and which of them are used for checks.
- New feature
If a domain that is not yours is assigned to your company, you can object – it is then no longer used, with immediate effect.
- Enhancement
A newly reported domain is marked “Under review” until it is approved. Until then it is not used for checks.
- New feature
- 9.383.386
The widget: properly written standard names, three display variants and a tidier designer
- Enhancement
Your badge now names the framework the way it is written – ISO27001:2022, DORA, NIS-2 – instead of a lower-case abbreviation. If your operator maintains a name of their own, theirs applies.
- Enhancement
You choose how much of the result the badge shows: the level only, the level with “x of y points”, or both with a bar. Existing badges keep exactly what you had set.
- Enhancement
Validity now always appears on the badge – including where an assessment has no expiry date on file. The assessment date, in turn, is optional.
- Enhancement
The designer shows the badge above and the settings below instead of three columns, frameworks are selected by clicking instead of typing abbreviations, and the notes about your account sit behind an (i).
- Enhancement
- 9.382.385
Assessments as a sortable overview – with validity, comparison and a result mark
- Enhancement
Your assessments now appear as a table above the detail cards: framework, status, assessment date, valid until, result and level – every column can be clicked to sort, plus a period selector from the current month up to 36 months or everything.
- Enhancement
How long an assessment is valid is now shown – and when no expiry date is on file, that is stated instead of leaving the field blank. The comparison with the previous assessment no longer shows only a date but also the earlier result and the difference. If a framework's reference value changes, the difference is deliberately omitted: it would be misleading.
- Enhancement
Whether an assessment was passed now carries a mark next to the wording that catches the eye. And the tiles above the reports now look like everywhere else in the portal – with icon, colour and proper labels.
- Enhancement
- 9.381.384
A deviation now shows its history – and a result reads as a result
- Enhancement
Deviations now show their history: when the deviation was raised, when you decided, when actions were submitted and accepted, when effectiveness was confirmed. These timestamps were always recorded but could not be read anywhere – and that is exactly what counts as evidence for an assessor.
- Enhancement
In the demo, a deviation offered no buttons although a decision was being requested, and the path to submitting effectiveness evidence including its deadline was missing entirely. Both are now visible – disabled, with the reason stated, so the real workflow is recognisable.
- Enhancement
In the assessment view, domain bars are kept neutral; the previous colouring read like a verdict that nobody passes at that point. And the result of an assessment is now always shown – passed, not passed, or not yet finally assessed – instead of appearing only in the negative case and looking like a warning.
- Enhancement
- 9.380.383
No more notices without the way to act on them – and the vault says who withdrew what
- Enhancement
In a risk assessment, the form now clearly states that a deal-breaker determines the level. The point-based assessment is kept and remains traceable in the history – it is simply no longer the basis.
- Enhancement
In the supplier portal, several places announced something without naming a way: the «security frameworks» card was empty without saying why – if no customer requires a framework yet, that is the expected state and needs no action. A data correction had a running deadline with no visible button to respond. And the share links showed a heading above an empty list, so nobody could see what such a link even is. All three now say what is going on and what is possible.
- Enhancement
In the document vault it is now traceable who withdrew a document and when. That is not a detail: withdrawing also revokes every active share of that document.
- Enhancement
- 9.379.382
Your overview says what it means – and the critical deadlines are readable again
- Enhancement
In the supplier overview the classification could contradict itself: a grade at the top, and below it the sentence that there is none yet. A grade now only counts together with the point in time it was determined – and it comes with its scale: A to F, A being the lowest risk, explained via the (i) beside it. The «evidence provided» tile likewise no longer says «all met» while nobody has asked anything of you yet.
- Enhancement
The «critical deadlines» list was hard to read – light text on a light background. It now carries the same styling as the rest of the page, and every entry leads with one click to exactly the record it names – with that row highlighted rather than the list collapsing. A deadline you can only read but not act on is least useful exactly where it matters most.
- Enhancement
In the company view, «resolve» led every open task to the same overview – no matter what it was about. You now land directly where the matter is settled: an overdue assessment in the assessment form, an expired certificate in the compliance area, a report in the report itself. The supplier in question is already selected, shown above the list and deselected again with one click.
- Enhancement
In the supplier profile, labels appeared in English while the surrounding area was German. They are translated and now follow the selected language.
- Enhancement
- 9.378.381
Compromised credentials at your suppliers – noticed before they become an incident
- New feature
Your suppliers are now monitored continuously for credentials of their staff being in circulation – the usual first step before a break-in, and typically days to weeks ahead of it. A find appears in the threat and cyber radar like any other: with the date reported, with its effect on the classification, and closable by you individually. You also see how many devices are affected and which systems the data was taken from – the detail your supplier needs in order to reset the right passwords. Compromised customer accounts of a web shop explicitly do not count: they are not access into the supplier's network.
- Enhancement
A check is only possible where a domain is recorded in the supplier profile – it is the evidence that a find really concerns this supplier. Where it is missing, or where the supplier's mail runs through a general free-mail address, no check is made: information that belongs to a different company would be worse than none.
- New feature
- 9.377.380
Threat and cyber radar: see what needs attention – and close it
- New feature
The threat and cyber radar is here. For each supplier it shows what has been found, since when, and what it does to their classification – the calculated and the effective level side by side. You close a case with a reason; this is recorded with your name, the time and the address, and it applies to your organisation only. The notice stays visible on the supplier, the increase is removed, and after six months a finding expires on its own anyway. In demo environments the whole path can be demonstrated – including in existing ones.
- Enhancement
Across the supplier views, the legal status now appears consistently in your language and names the rarer cases precisely instead of grouping them. The notice about self-recorded certificates that are about to expire now appears as a tile in the same row as the other key figures.
- New feature
- 9.376.378
How a cyber incident at a supplier is weighted – time-limited, and closable separately by each customer
- New feature
How cyber incidents are weighted is now fully defined: an incident raises a supplier's classification by a fixed number of levels – even when that supplier is already rated high –, applies for six months from the report and then expires on its own, with nobody having to follow up. Each customer decides for themselves when a case is settled for them: with a reason, recorded traceably, and without any effect on other customers of the same supplier. This becomes visible once the sources are connected, in one of the next releases.
- New feature
- 9.375.377
Brief unavailability after the last release – resolved, with an additional safeguard
- Enhancement
After the previous release the platform was briefly unavailable. The cause has been resolved. In addition, every release now verifies that the application starts up completely – a step that did not exist before.
- Enhancement
- 9.374.375
Self-recorded certificates, validity periods for your own questionnaires, and consistent date formats
- New feature
What you have recorded about a supplier yourself now appears in the same overview as everything else: certificates you entered show up in the supplier's evidence overview, count towards the «certificate expired» tile, and are clearly labelled as your own finding. The next steps sit right on the row: request the certificate from the supplier – it appears in their certificate list –, record a new one yourself, or note that there is no certification for this framework.
- New feature
Your own questionnaires now have a validity period: when creating or editing one you can set how long an assessed answer remains valid – 12, 24 or 36 months, or explicitly one-off, for example for an onboarding questionnaire. It is counted from the assessment, and the remaining time is shown in the evidence overview.
- Enhancement
Dates across the supplier views now appear consistently in the familiar format – including where they were previously carried over unchanged from the registry lookup.
- New feature
- 9.372.373
Audits and data corrections now start with the overview – and the actions sit where you know them
- Enhancement
Data corrections and the audit overview now start with a row of tiles: under review, deadline running, escalated, done, rejected – and for audits, scheduled dates and open quotes are added. One click shows exactly the entries the number names.
- Optimisation
The actions of a questionnaire row live in the same menu as on the invitations page, with text instead of icons only; questionnaires and reports now have the same margin beside the table as the other lists. In the supplier list, expired certificates were flagged twice – once as a red box, once as a tile with a different number. The box now speaks only of certificates about to expire; the expired ones are named by the tile.
- Enhancement
- 9.371.371
Questionnaires, reports and suppliers now read alike – and reports start with the overview
- Optimisation
Wherever a status means something – overdue, open, done – the tile now carries its colour and a small pictogram: on questionnaires, reports and the assessment overview. Until now the same statement looked different from screen to screen. Where there is nothing to judge, tiles deliberately stay quiet and without an icon.
- Enhancement
The reports page now starts with the overview: a row of tiles shows how many reports of each kind already exist, and one click shows exactly those below – first the matching selection, then the generated documents. Previously the long list came first and the overview below it.
- Enhancement
In the demo, the action controls now appear where they appear in live use – visibly inactive and with a note explaining why. Previously only a sentence stood in their place, so anyone looking at the platform could not see what options a row offers.
- Optimisation
- 9.370.370
An overview that adds up – and deadlines that mean the same thing everywhere
- Enhancement
The buyer overview has been tidied up: the status of all suppliers now appears as one row of equally sized tiles that add up – total, currently assessed, under assessment, overdue, nothing required, not yet started. Each tile leads with one click to exactly the suppliers it counts. Below it, a second row for everything needing attention beyond the evidence itself.
- Enhancement
Where a figure appears, it also holds up when you check it: a supplier with several required items counts exactly once – and only counts as done once everything is in place. If a status cannot be determined, that is stated explicitly rather than quietly folded into one of the tiles.
- Optimisation
The distribution of risk classes now runs horizontally across the full width, measures against the total number of suppliers and spells out what each class means. The open-tasks list beside it has regained the space it needs.
- Security
An issue with date and time entries has been resolved: an entry without a time zone could be understood differently depending on location, which could shift a deadline by a day. Such entries are now rejected and returned for correction instead of being interpreted – so deadlines mean the same point in time everywhere.
- New feature
An account that both buys and supplies is now usable throughout: both sides belong to the same company, and the assignment is created automatically. Anyone who chose the wrong side at registration can have the second one added afterwards.
- Enhancement
In the data-protection records, contradictions between two entries on the same relationship are now noticed. The finding is named and reported – but not resolved: only the person who entered them knows which of the two is correct.
- Optimisation
Open audit quotations now appear in clean columns so prices can be compared line by line. Before placing an order – and before declining one – the full conditions are shown, including lead times and the consequences of declining.
- Optimisation
Invitations now carry key figures with a selectable period, and a declined or expired invitation is no longer a dead end: the next step is stated in the row, and both routes can be taken from there.
- Enhancement
- 9.367.365
Create test companies, work with them – and remove them completely
- Enhancement
Anyone getting to know the platform with their own practice record can now remove it completely: the account, the company and everything that grew around it. Until now an assignment could only be released – the record itself remained. This applies to both sides of the platform, for buyers as well as suppliers.
- Security
Data belonging to others is never removed along with it. If part of the record belongs to someone else – because a second account works with it, or another company lists the same firm as a supplier – the process stops and names what needs to be settled first. Removal is always preceded by an overview of exactly what will disappear.
- Security
Removing such a practice record is reserved for the highest administration level – as is the overview preceding it. It is explicitly not part of everyday support work.
- Enhancement
After removal, a check confirms that nothing was left behind. If something is still found, the message says so and names it instead of reporting success – so the final confirmation is verified rather than assumed.
- Enhancement
- 9.366.361
Evidence about to expire and data flows, at the touch of a button
- New feature
A new report answers the classic auditor question: which certificates and evidence expire within the next 30, 60 or 90 days, which have expired – and where is a required document missing entirely? The action list comes first, ordered by urgency, with the full breakdown behind it.
- New feature
For every supplier relationship you can now record whether personal or specially protected data flows, by which channel, to which country and under which agreement. The entry appears as a marker in the list, and four new filters lead straight to the relationships still open.
- New feature
Suppliers can record the same for their own sub-suppliers – and distinguish whether they pass on their own personal data or data received from a client. This produces complete data chains: a company sees which sub-processors handle its data, and only those.
- New feature
From this comes a new register of processing on behalf, as data protection authorities require it – with legal bases, agreements, sub-processors and an explicit list of open items. Suppliers without an entry are named in it; a register in which unprocessed looks like unproblematic would be of no use when it is submitted.
- New feature
A further report brings together the sites of the supply chain – registered offices and recorded additional sites – and highlights the countries where sites of several suppliers accumulate. It is precisely that accumulation which a supplier list cannot show.
- Enhancement
All three reports consistently distinguish between «not recorded» and «checked, nothing present». That is the difference between an open task and a finding – and in a document submitted to an authority, it counts.
- Enhancement
Where a company was captured incorrectly during ordering, the details can now be put right before activation – with the reason on record. Previously the only choice was to activate or to decline.
- Enhancement
When two records of the same company are merged, it is now possible to choose field by field which details are adopted. Previously the case was only marked as decided, and the better details were lost.
- New feature
- 8.361.356
Incorrectly assigned company data can now be put right
- New feature
Where the wrong company was assigned to an account, the assignment can now be released and set anew. Before releasing, an overview shows what is attached to the current assignment – supplier relationships, assessments, evidence, invoices – so the decision rests on figures rather than on a guess.
- Enhancement
Every correction is recorded with its reason, its timestamp and the previous assignment. What was changed remains traceable – and the way back is on record.
- Enhancement
When a new account is activated, the company is now identified from the official identifier captured during ordering. Several colleagues from the same firm therefore share one company account and see the same suppliers, questionnaires and evidence.
- Enhancement
In the admin account overview, the labels now say what they mean: a missing company, a missing business entitlement and a running trial period are three different things and no longer share a name.
- Enhancement
In demo environments, outdated sample reports are brought to the current layout when the report list is opened. Reports you created yourself remain unchanged; every new report is produced in the current layout.
- Security
The check whether a new account belongs to the organisation whose identifier it stated now compares the email domain on exact label boundaries. A domain that merely ends with the organisation's name no longer counts as affiliation.
- Enhancement
The activation list in the admin area states before the decision what the activation will trigger: a separate workspace, entry into an existing one, or a second workspace next to an existing one. If that cannot be determined, it is stated explicitly rather than passed off as an all-clear.
- Enhancement
Registration and the order flow now point out that the official company email address should be used - it is how we recognise that someone belongs to their organisation. With a private or temporary address a separate workspace is created that can only be merged by hand.
- Security
When an order is activated, a stated VAT or commercial-register number alone no longer leads into that company's existing workspace. Those identifiers are public; they show that the company exists, not that the applicant belongs to it. Without an additional sign of affiliation a separate workspace is created, and a person decides on merging it.
- Enhancement
An order whose activation was interrupted earlier now receives its company reference on the second attempt. Previously the workspace stayed without a company for good, and the next employee of the same organisation received a second one.
- New feature
- 9.357.349
Every report now carries the same layout – and the audit report counts its pages
- Enhancement
The compliance evidence report, the audit report and the Art. 15 GDPR information now carry the same layout: the same margins, the same header, the same footer. Anyone placing two of these documents side by side – during an audit, for instance – sees at once that they belong together.
- New feature
The audit report carries «Page x of y» on every page. A multi-page report can therefore be seen to be complete at a glance – and in a document submitted to an auditing body, that is the difference between evidence and a stack of paper.
- Enhancement
The cover page of a report now leads with its title rather than with the sender. The platform name sits small in the header of every page, where it belongs – in an evidence document what matters is the subject, not the issuer.
- Enhancement
Dates in the audit report are now formed independently of where the server stands. The same report therefore carries the same calendar day and the same checksum everywhere – a precondition for the authenticity check of a sealed document to stay reliable.
- Enhancement
- 8.353.348
Every report type is now available – and the compliance evidence in English, too
- New feature
Seven further report types can now be generated: sub-suppliers and the deeper supply chain, disruptions at your direct suppliers and along the chain, findings with their remediation status, the development over three years, and a management summary on a single page. Every type you are offered can now actually be produced.
- New feature
The compliance evidence report is now available in English as well – with the qualifying sentences that matter in an audit document, and with dates in the international format that an auditing body reads the same way in every country.
- New feature
Where nothing has been recorded for a report type, the report says so explicitly instead of showing an empty page. «No disruption on record» and «nothing happened» are two different statements – in a sealed document they must not be confused.
- Enhancement
Demo environments now hold a sample report for every report type, so the full scope can be reviewed before your own data is in place.
- New feature
- 8.353.347
Reports can now be generated – in German or English
- New feature
The reports in the «Reports & Notices» area can now be generated: choose the type, choose German or English – as with the website widget – and receive a sealed PDF that appears in your list right away.
- New feature
Missing details are shown in the report as «Not recorded» and are never replaced by placeholders. The completeness of the fields shown is stated as a percentage in the document – you and your auditor can see at a glance what the report rests on.
- New feature
Reports intended for submission to an auditing body now carry a corresponding note instead of the internal-use notice.
- New feature
Demo accounts now come with a sample report for every available report type – including in environments that already existed.
- Enhancement
The supplier network is now where you would look for it: directly beneath your connected suppliers.
- New feature
- 8.353.346
You can see which reports your data supports
- New feature
The «Reports & Notices» area now shows which analyses and reports can be produced from your data – and lets you pick the one you want. A report appears there as soon as the data behind it exists: if you have never requested a questionnaire, the matching report is not listed either.
- New feature
Demo accounts list every report type side by side so the full scope can be explored – with a note that it is a demonstration. In a real account, a report type only appears once the data behind it exists.
- Enhancement
When a company is created that already exists under a different legal form, the existing records are now searched in full instead of only up to a limit. With common company names, a matching entry could previously go unnoticed.
- Enhancement
The area for reports and notices now carries a proper heading that names both, in each interface language.
- New feature
- 8.351.343
Matching names no longer automatically mean the same company
- Enhancement
When only the name matches, two entries are no longer automatically treated as the same company or person. Such cases are now put to a person who decides whether the data belongs together – instead of the match happening in the background.
- Enhancement
If a company is created that already exists under a different legal form, this is now noticed – even when neither of the two has a registration number or VAT ID on record.
- Enhancement
Where a registry record could not be matched to an entry with certainty, the data simply stayed out of date without any further notice. Such cases are now recorded and reviewed.
- Enhancement
- 8.350.342
More messages in your own language, and approval happens exactly once
- Enhancement
More messages and labels now appear in your own language – among others in the assessment, the supplier profile, invitations, the document vault and the widget on your own website.
- Enhancement
A problem with signing in has been resolved: if the email address is not valid or the password is too short, the hint now appears directly under the field – instead of nothing happening.
- Enhancement
A problem with releasing an order has been resolved: if it is triggered twice by accident, it still runs only once – the customer receives their access details exactly once.
- Enhancement
The view of shareholdings and corporate links stays quick even as the number of companies grows substantially.
- Enhancement
- 8.348.340
Company details stay up to date on their own, and shareholdings become visible
- New feature
Your company details are now compared with the official registers on a regular basis – outside Switzerland as well. The company card shows you the date of the current information and when the next comparison is due.
- New feature
A company's shareholdings and corporate links are now taken over and displayed: who holds a stake in it, and where it holds stakes itself. This reveals dependencies that the name alone does not show.
- Enhancement
A problem with company details has been resolved: when a register corrects an address or an officer, the change is now taken over and recorded in the history – while your own additions are preserved.
- Enhancement
Sign-in, ordering, questionnaires, the document vault and your supplier profile now speak your language throughout – including the notices you only see in exceptional cases.
- New feature
- 8.345.339
Confirmations and screens in your language, register details stay complete
- Enhancement
Confirmations after an action now appear in the language you have chosen – no longer in the language of our system.
- Enhancement
Notices that appear when something does not work, and the questions asked before a final step, now appear in your language as well.
- Enhancement
The certificate overview and the document vault are now fully bilingual. Working in English, you no longer meet German labels there – and vice versa.
- Enhancement
Details from an imported register extract – the competent register, the rules of representation and the date the details refer to – are now kept when a later official notice about the same company arrives. A company’s register card therefore stays complete.
- Enhancement
Approving an order now reliably creates exactly one invoice item, even if it is triggered twice at the same moment.
- Optimisation
The automatic deletion of expired personal data now completes in a single run even with very large numbers of records. Immediately before each deletion we check once more that the retention period really has expired.
- Enhancement
- 8.342.338
New versions reach the platform again
- Optimisation
We have fixed a technical fault in our technology stack. Delivery of new versions is therefore working as intended again.
- Optimisation
- 8.341.337
The account overview can be sorted by company
- Enhancement
In the account overview, accounts can now be sorted by the company they belong to; accounts without an assignment appear at the top.
- Optimisation
Name lists are now ordered according to the rules of the respective language – umlauts and accents appear where you look for them.
- Enhancement
- 8.341.336
New versions reach the platform more reliably
- Optimisation
The delivery of new versions has been revised: further developments are made available more reliably.
- Optimisation
- 8.341.335
One language per screen – including when the server answers
- Enhancement
Messages from the platform now consistently appear in the language selected in your profile – including where they pass on a response from the system. Also revised: labels in the supplier area, in the questionnaires, in the reports and in the document area, as well as on the pages reached via an invitation or share link.
- Optimisation
Language selection also takes effect faster: messages that previously only appeared in the selected language once the page had fully loaded now do so from the very first moment.
- Enhancement
- 8.335.334
From trial access to full access – and an account overview you can actually work through
- New feature
If you are using the platform with a trial access, you can now order full access directly from the signed-in area – with your own details already filled in. The data from your trial access is retained.
- Enhancement
The ordering process now guides you through details that used to be free text: locations are entered individually with their country and city, the billing address is split into fields and can be taken over from the company address – and has to be complete either way –, and the phone number is composed with a country code in international notation.
- Enhancement
The account overview in the administration area can be filtered by account type – trial, demo, supplier, auditor, administration – and every column heading is clickable. Sorting covers the entire set of records, not just the page on display.
- Enhancement
Companies from an uploaded register extract are assigned directly to an account in the administration area. If the company is already on file, the existing entry is reused – and the confirmation says so explicitly instead of creating a second one.
- Enhancement
Retention periods for personal data now also apply where a company is known only through the supplier network.
- New feature
- 8.328.333
Clearer paths during setup – and a consistent look
- Enhancement
When searching for your company during ordering, the selected company is now immediately visible: the list of matches collapses and the page takes you straight to the details that were adopted.
- Enhancement
In every step of the ordering process the «Next» button now names what is still missing – instead of merely being greyed out.
- Enhancement
An overview now stays empty only when there is nothing to show – and states the reason. Previously a loading notice could appear here although there was nothing to load.
- Enhancement
In the supply chain and the supplier overview all labels now appear in the chosen language. Some tables and buttons were still shown in the original language.
- Enhancement
Our e-mails now carry the same colours as the interface, and a stored logo is shown legibly in the header area.
- Enhancement
Questionnaire templates now carry a survey year and a validity indicator. This makes it traceable which version was in use in which business year; the previous version is retained and remains viewable.
- Enhancement
When setting up a company or supplier account, the company is now created at the same time and taken from the commercial register. This saves retyping master data and avoids duplicate entries.
- Enhancement
- 8.321.329
Visible which account you are working under
- Enhancement
When our support team views your account with your consent, this is now shown at the top of every page – and can be ended there with a single click.
- Enhancement
The admin panel now recognises an existing sign-in even when it is opened from a bookmark or from another portal. Until now the sign-in form appeared in those cases although the session was valid.
- Security
The last tool still pending from the security update has been brought up to date. All four parts of the platform now report no outstanding advisories.
- Enhancement
The document vault now starts empty in trial accounts. Until now it showed sample paperwork that looked like other people's documents inside your own private area.
- Enhancement
The questionnaire page in the supplier area now starts with the same row of key figures as all other pages.
- Enhancement
The sign-in and registration pages now show the logo instead of a placeholder – and every one of these pages leads back to the home page with a single click.
- Enhancement
- 7.315.328
Security update and a calmer supplier area
- Security
All four parts of the platform were moved to current versions of their building blocks. The update closes several reported vulnerabilities, including some of the highest severity.
- Enhancement
The supplier dashboard and the evidence page now start with a row of key figures like all other pages; notices appear below them instead of above.
- Enhancement
The number of items of evidence provided now appears with its reference figure ("3 of 5") instead of a bare percentage – countable rather than asserted.
- Enhancement
Further English texts on German-language screens have been translated, mainly in the audit area and in the evidence pages.
- Enhancement
Accounts from the early days holding the old combined role could sign in but could not open anything. Their role is now converted once at startup to today's individual roles.
- Security
- 7.310.326
Both areas for accounts holding both roles
- Enhancement
Accounts holding both the supplier and the company role can now enter the Business Hub. Until now the menu entry led there briefly and bounced straight back to the supplier area – with no message, so it appeared to do nothing.
- Enhancement
Where such an account lands after signing in is unchanged, as is the rule that accounts without the matching role are still taken to their own area.
- Enhancement
- 7.309.304
Questionnaires in the same layout
- Enhancement
The questionnaire page now follows the same structure as the others: tiles as an overview at the top, notices beneath them, the table at the bottom. The notice about assessments already on file used to sit above everything – even above the page heading.
- Enhancement
The same on the audit page: the box listing open audit quotes used to sit above the tiles and now sits below them.
- Enhancement
- 7.308.303
Equal widths, numbers you can count
- Enhancement
The filter tiles above the supplier list are now all the same width and line up in columns. Previously each tile was as wide as its label, and the two rows started at different positions.
- Enhancement
The notice about self-recorded certificates gave a number that could not be found in the list below: it counted certificates but announced rows. It now counts suppliers – what the list below actually contains.
- Enhancement
The «Connected suppliers» page now follows the same structure as the others: the tile rows as an overview at the top, notices beneath them, and the detailed table at the bottom.
- Enhancement
- 7.307.302
Ask for a newer state
- New feature
On a supplier's register details you can now ask for an update. We note your request and obtain the details – deliberately nothing is retrieved on the spot, so a click never triggers a paid query without you knowing.
- Enhancement
While a request is open, the date it was made is shown beside the button. A second click does not create a second request – it refreshes the existing one.
- New feature
- 7.306.301
Tiles, filters and notices built the same way
- Enhancement
Filter tiles and metric tiles now look the same. They differed in corner radius, border, shadow and background – individually unremarkable, together they read as two different kinds of tile on the same surface.
- Enhancement
The state of a record now appears as a dot before the framework instead of a coloured bar beneath it. A bar under the line reads like progress; a dot in front means «state» everywhere in the application.
- Enhancement
The notice about self-recorded certificates is no longer a solid coloured box but carries the same tile shape as everything beside it – with a coloured edge instead of a coloured panel.
- Enhancement
- 7.305.300
Register details for each supplier – with as-at date and provenance
- Enhancement
The supplier view now shows the register details we hold for a company: registration number, registry, legal form, capital, founding date, registered address, officers, objects of the company and power of representation. This information was already stored but was never displayed.
- Enhancement
Every entry carries its as-at date and its provenance: data taken from a register is marked as such, and so is data entered manually. If no as-at date exists, that is stated explicitly.
- Enhancement
The demonstration environment now shows these details as well – marked as sample data, without an invented collection date.
- Enhancement
- 7.304.299
Evidence: framework first, score and validity as rings
- Enhancement
In the supplier view every entry now leads with its framework. Previously it appeared in small type above a group – with many frameworks it was no longer clear what a figure belonged to.
- Enhancement
Score and remaining validity are shown as ring charts, with the classification and the recording date beside them. The ring counts the remaining validity down, moving from green through amber to red.
- Enhancement
The column headers sort – for example by what expires first – and from four entries onwards you can search by framework.
- Enhancement
- 7.303.299
The supply chain: one drawing instead of two
- Enhancement
The chain diagram in the supplier view now looks exactly like the one in the network overview – with tier columns, country marks and full-path highlighting on hover. Until now these were two different drawings of the same thing.
- Enhancement
The «critical risk in chain» warning now names its cause: which company, at which tier and why – classification or legal status. Previously it showed only a red marker with no explanation.
- Enhancement
- 7.302.299
Calmer lists: the same type and the same tiles everywhere
- Enhancement
Lists and overviews now use the same type sizes and weights throughout. Previously individual pages deviated, so the same kind of table looked different depending on the area.
- Enhancement
Tiles now follow one common build: the progress bar beneath the figure is available everywhere, and selected filters are muted instead of filled with solid colour.
- Enhancement
In the records overview the ring chart now sits on the left with the individual figures beside it in a column – making the card much flatter and easier to scan.
- Enhancement
- 7.301.298
A calmer interface: one colour scale instead of many separate colours
- Enhancement
Badges and markers now follow the same scale and the same shape throughout. Previously almost every area brought its own choice of colours, so entries side by side looked different although they say the same thing.
- Enhancement
Colour now shows how serious something is – not which kind of entry it is. Relationship types such as «one-time supplier» or «backup» are therefore kept neutral; their label says what they are.
- Enhancement
- 7.300.297
Legal status also where a company is listed more than once
- Optimisation
Where the same company is listed more than once as a supplier in a demo account, only the first entry carried the legal status - the others still said «Not yet checked». Now all of them do.
- Optimisation
- 7.299.296
Demo accounts show the register status of their sample companies
- Optimisation
In demo accounts the supplier list said «Not yet checked» for every supplier - a default value that reads like a finding. Sample companies now carry a legal status, and existing demo accounts pick it up at the next sign-in; previously only newly created ones received it.
- Optimisation
Sample companies in demo accounts showed an origin from an official register although they are invented for the demonstration. That statement has been removed.
- Optimisation
The «Assessment status» overview stayed empty in demo accounts while records were listed right below it. Both now count the same sample data.
- Optimisation
- 7.298.295
Read register documents from an archive file – review first, then apply
- New feature
Company details from official register documents can be read from an archive file in the administration area. Whatever was read is shown for review first – marking which details were actually read and which were merely inferred from a file name; nothing is applied until confirmed.
- New feature
Such an archive can also complete an entry that already exists. Beforehand, each field shows what would change and what would stay – including the reason.
- New feature
If an archive contains details of further companies – for instance one that was absorbed into it – they are shown separately and kept as dated history, not as that company's own master data.
- Enhancement
If an archive contains newer documents that cannot be read, this is stated above the details – instead of a possibly outdated state looking complete.
- New feature
- 7.297.294
Demo data refreshes itself, and the map can be zoomed
- Optimisation
In demo environments, some information remained at an older state even though the application had already been updated. It is now brought up to date at sign-in.
- Enhancement
The geographic view of the supplier network can now be zoomed and panned just like the layered view.
- New feature
Country risk data can be stored in the administration area as an annual edition and marked as the applicable one. It does not yet feed into supplier ratings; that is stated there as well.
- Optimisation
- 7.296.290
Fewer duplicate questionnaires – and a limit on dispatch
- New feature
If a supplier has already completed our questionnaire, they do not receive it again. Instead, the existing evaluation appears with its date and validity. An evaluation applies for twelve months from submission.
- Optimisation
Companies without an assessment carried a grade in the overview. It now reads «not yet graded», and every grade shows what the scale means.
- Optimisation
Date fields now appear in the format of the selected interface language, regardless of the browser's language setting.
- Optimisation
When dispatching questionnaires, the daily limit could be exceeded if several windows were open at once. The remaining allowance is now shown before sending, and an existing evaluation is displayed with its result alongside the date.
- Optimisation
Date fields could only be filled using the calendar, not by typing. Both now work.
- Enhancement
All sub-pages in both portals now follow the same structure: heading and key figures at the top, content below. In the widget builder, blocks with a fixed position in the seal could be moved – it now says that their position is fixed.
- New feature
The supplier network can now also be viewed geographically: how many companies sit in which country, and which dependencies cross borders. The view is accurate to country level.
- Enhancement
The supplier network can now be traced: hovering a company highlights its entire chain, and a click shows what is on file for it and what that is based on. Countries of domicile are shown with their flag.
- Optimisation
In the navigation, the document vault and the supplier views, individual labels appeared regardless of the selected language. They now follow the interface language throughout.
- Enhancement
The connected suppliers list and the supplier directory now follow the same page design as the other views.
- Enhancement
When sending to several suppliers the number is limited; the remaining allowance is shown before you send.
- Optimisation
In the connected suppliers list the review interval can be changed directly on the entry; a separate control per row is no longer needed.
- Optimisation
In existing demo environments, imported companies now also show their import date instead of a missing comparison.
- New feature
- 7.288.289
Your own company logo and a calmer look
- New feature
You can now add your company logo yourself – as a business and as a supplier, with a preview and, if you wish, one version for light and one for dark backgrounds. The logo then appears on your seal, fitted without distortion.
- New feature
An uploaded logo is checked before it is stored. Logo changes are possible once per hour. A removed logo is deleted from storage as well.
- Enhancement
Tiles and page headers now follow a shared design across the business and supplier areas. This makes the interface calmer; further views will follow.
- Optimisation
In some views, individual labels and dates appeared in English although the interface was set to German. Those places have been revised.
- Enhancement
The choice of language for the seal's wording now sits where you would look for it – right next to the format – and names the languages.
- New feature
- 7.287.288
Self-researched certificates now carry an expiry date
- New feature
Certificates you find yourself for a supplier – for example on a manufacturer's website – can now be recorded together with their expiry date. The supplier card shows how long the certificate is valid and that it comes from your own research rather than an auditor's review.
- New feature
If one of these certificates is about to expire or has already expired, a note above your supplier list points it out – one click takes you to the supplier concerned.
- Enhancement
Demo accounts now show every state: valid, expiring soon, expired, and without an expiry date.
- New feature
- 7.285.287
The seal's link switch now really takes effect
- Enhancement
For the seal on your own website, the setting for whether it links anywhere is now saved reliably and shown again the next time you open it. Older seals can also be saved again without detours.
- Optimisation
In the supplier card, the connect button now appears only where a connection can actually be made.
- Enhancement
- 7.285.286
Version information maintained
- Optimisation
The version information shown in the application has been brought up to date. Nothing changes in the features.
- Optimisation
- 7.264.285
Connect suppliers without the detour via an invitation
- New feature
You can now connect with a listed supplier even if you do not wish to invite them – for instance to assess them yourself first. All routes sit together in one place: invitation by e-mail, invitation as a link to pass on, or adding them to your list without asking.
- Enhancement
The supplier overview, the questionnaires and the invitations can all be sorted by clicking a column heading. Filters appear as tiles showing their count; a click reveals exactly the entries that the number names.
- Enhancement
Where a figure cannot be calculated yet, it now says which figure is meant and how many responses are still missing. And for companies taken from a public register, the date of that transfer appears instead of a note saying nothing has been checked.
- Enhancement
You set a supplier's review interval with a click, and every change is recorded – the interval decides when a review counts as overdue.
- Security
Research entries about a supplier are now possible only where a business relationship exists. Such entries appear in the supplier's evidence record; anyone unconnected to them adds nothing there.
- Optimisation
The seal for your own website has become narrower and says less: membership sits briefly beneath the logo, and whether it links anywhere is decided by a switch rather than an extra button inside the seal.
- Enhancement
In the demo environment the invitations and the outside view of suppliers are now filled with sample data – previously these areas stayed empty.
- Enhancement
Questionnaires now have their own tile for withdrawn items. They no longer count as open, and the completion rate leaves them out – it answers how much of what still applies has been done.
- Enhancement
The selection menus and windows in supplier management can be operated entirely from the keyboard.
- New feature
- 7.264.282
The supplier overview now says where every figure comes from
- New feature
In the supplier overview your own assessment now comes first, directly after the supplier – alongside when it was last reviewed and when the next review falls due. Every change is recorded with its date and reason and also appears in the evidence report.
- New feature
Alongside your own assessment there is now an outside view: feedback from working together and a risk estimate derived from the judgements of other companies on this platform. Both appear only once enough independent judgements exist – until then it says explicitly that the basis is still too thin.
- Enhancement
Values that have not been collected yet are now marked as such. Previously these places could show an unassigned substitute grade.
- Security
A risk assessment can now only be submitted for a supplier you are actually connected to. This rules out an assessment feeding into the platform figure of a company you have no business relationship with.
- Security
Internal development notes that were previously delivered alongside the interface texts have been removed from them. They now reach accounts with administrative rights only. Nothing changes for your own use.
- Security
The outside view of a supplier now appears only once enough independent feedback exists for each individual attribute. Previously an attribute could be shown even when just one company had commented on it – that company's assessment would have been readable from it. Where the basis for an attribute is too thin, the attribute is omitted and does not feed into the overall figure either.
- Enhancement
Feedback from working together now follows each company's most recent judgement. Previously older judgements from the same company still counted – a long business relationship therefore weighed more heavily than a short one, and an old impression stayed in the figure even after that company had reassessed.
- Enhancement
The supplier list can now be filtered separately by your assessment and by the type of relationship – including «not yet assessed». Together these answer questions that could not be asked before, such as which of your backup suppliers are classified as critical.
- Enhancement
When a connection is ended as a former supply relationship, the list now says so. Previously it continued to show as a regular relationship.
- Enhancement
The menu at the end of a row and the clickable assessment now open in full, including in the last row and on narrow screens. Previously the table could cut them off at the edge.
- Enhancement
In the embeddable seal the header text colour now follows the colour you chose. With light shades that text was previously hard to read.
- Optimisation
The actions for a supplier are now in a menu at the end of the row instead of a button strip running off the edge of the screen. The list can be sorted by name, assessment, due date and legal status, and small info icons explain at each column where the figure comes from.
- Optimisation
The embeddable seal for your own website has a calmer design – clearer structure, more space, restrained colours. The brand can be supplied as an image, in a light and a dark version.
- Enhancement
Several areas showed individual entries in English or in the English date format even though the account was set to German.
- New feature
- 7.254.272
Administration: clearer overviews
- Optimisation
The account overviews in the administration area now show the remaining runtime for time-limited demo access, mark open-ended access as such, and state how many logins are recorded for an account. Technical helper accounts, which belong to a demo environment and are not an access in their own right, are hidden and can be shown again on request; their number is always stated alongside.
- Optimisation
A checked connection status is now retained and shown with its date, instead of appearing unchecked again after every page change.
- Optimisation
The usage limit for chargeable data queries is now counted separately per access and also applies when usage cannot be determined for a while – previously it could remain ineffective in that case.
- Optimisation
- 7.254.281
The demo environment now covers almost every area of supplier management
- New feature
Anyone exploring the platform without obligation now also finds the overview of assessment orders and the questionnaires sent to suppliers in the demo environment – with every processing state from «scheduled» through «awaiting response» to completed results, passed and not passed alike, each with its date and validity. The figures on the summary tiles and the lists behind them come from the same source and therefore agree.
- New feature
Also visible in the demo environment: the open quotes. Before every on-site assessment the company receives a quote stating effort and price and decides explicitly – only that approval triggers any cost. The prices shown are calculated with the rate actually on file.
- New feature
The demo environment is now available for suppliers too – with their own profile, their own supply chain and several customers requesting the same evidence. It shows their own assessments and certificates, the customers' questionnaires with their deadlines, and the follow-up work after an assessment: plan the measure, meet the deadline, demonstrate effectiveness. Suppliers wanting to know what to expect can now see it for themselves instead of having it described to them.
- New feature
And the remaining areas: reports of incorrect master data including deadline and follow-up, open invitations to suppliers not yet connected, a ready-made example of the homepage mark, and the document vault with time-limited, countable and revocable releases. Anyone exploring the platform now finds content almost everywhere – including the uncomfortable cases such as expired deadlines and rejected requests, because those are exactly why supplier management is bought. The supplier's assessment reports are not included yet; they will follow.
- New feature
- 7.254.280
Your own risk assessment per supplier – with a reminder and in the report
- New feature
For every supplier you now record your own risk assessment with its date and set how often it is to be reviewed. When a review is due or has been missed, the supplier is marked accordingly in the list.
- New feature
The report for your company lists these assessments with their dates and puts an overall summary in front: how many suppliers are currently assessed, for how many a review is due or overdue, and for how many no assessment exists yet. Your own judgement is kept separate from ours, each labelled as such.
- New feature
- 7.253.279
Show assessment results on your own website
- New feature
An assessment result can now be embedded in your own website – with or without the score, always stating what it is based on, and limited to results that are currently valid. Which of them appear is up to the company.
- New feature
Every such embed leads to a page of ours where the displayed details can be checked directly – including when the embed has been withdrawn, which is then stated explicitly.
- Enhancement
The “automatic” display variant now follows the visitor's system setting; previously the choice had no visible effect. Date information in the embed is also shown in full rather than as a year only.
- New feature
- 7.252.278
See your own assessment results in detail
- New feature
Suppliers can now see their assessment results broken down by sub-area – per framework, with the date, the overall result and, where an earlier assessment exists, the change compared with it.
- Enhancement
It is also stated explicitly what a result is based on, and what cannot be said for lack of a comparison value or of assessable content – rather than a figure claiming more than is actually there.
- New feature
- 7.251.277
Registry lookups: getting to the right record faster
- Enhancement
In the registry source administration, the matching record can now be found by company name – that search is free of charge and is labelled as such.
- Optimisation
Input validation has also been revised: identifiers that clearly belong to a different type of number are caught up front, instead of triggering a chargeable lookup that would return nothing anyway.
- Enhancement
- 7.249.276
At a glance: which evidence you require and what is on record
- New feature
For every supplier you can now see which frameworks you require and how far the evidence has come – whether nothing has been requested yet, a questionnaire is out, no response came back, an assessment is in, an audit is upcoming or completed, or a certificate is valid or expired. The same status appears on screen and in the report PDF, each with its date.
- New feature
Assessments are shown with a score and a rating – and it always says what they rest on: the supplier's self-assessment or a supplier audit. An audit with an insufficient result is explicitly marked as «not passed»; where an assessment is not yet complete, that is stated just as explicitly.
- New feature
The dashboard summarises the status across all suppliers – how many items are assessed, in progress or open, with a doughnut chart alongside. Open items are listed separately: not yet requested, awaiting a response, or expired.
- New feature
- 7.246.275
Owners and representatives now in the report as well
- New feature
The report on connected suppliers now lists, for each supplier, the owners with their shareholdings and the registered representatives — together with the date the information is from. Whether the information has never been requested, whether nothing is on record, whether the owners could not be established, or whether simply no statement is available is set out explicitly there as well — on screen and in the report in the same words.
- Optimisation
The way dates are written in reports has been revised: it no longer depends on which server produced a report. Anyone re-verifying an older report may therefore encounter a differing checksum — the content itself is unaffected.
- New feature
- 7.246.273
New: a supplier’s owners and representatives
- New feature
For a supplier you can now view the owners together with their shareholdings — with the date the information was last updated and the option to refresh it for a fee if you wish; the price is shown before you click. The registered officers are shown alongside and are free of charge. Whether the information has never been requested, whether nothing is on record, or whether the owners could not be established is stated explicitly — an empty display never means «owned by nobody».
- New feature
- 7.246.271
Data services overview completed
- Optimisation
Fixed a problem in the administrative overview of the data services in use: an enabled connection was not listed there, and the available volume shown omitted quotas released later. Both are now shown in full.
- Optimisation
- 7.246.270
New: checking suppliers and the people behind them
- New feature
Companies and responsible individuals in your own supplier network can now be checked at the touch of a button against international watch and sanctions lists as well as adverse media reports. Scope and cost appear on screen before every check; it only runs after explicit confirmation, and only what could actually be checked is charged.
- New feature
- 7.245.269
Company search: many more countries
- New feature
Company data can now be retrieved for businesses worldwide, no longer only from a short list of countries. Where an official identifier is available, master data and a permanent international company identifier are included.
- Optimisation
Fixed a problem with company search for individual countries: queries returned nothing there even though data was available. Such cases are now recognisable as such instead of looking like an empty result list.
- New feature
- 7.244.268
Access to personal data: handling completed
- New feature
Anyone who asks for access to the data held about them now receives a consistent, machine-generated statement - by the same route they wrote in on. Handling such access requests is now end to end.
- New feature
- 7.244.267
Maintenance behind the scenes
- Optimisation
Work on the internal administration with no effect on how the platform is used: requests from individuals about their data are handled in one place internally, with a schedule overview and a complete record of how each one was processed.
- Optimisation
- 7.244.266
Maintenance behind the scenes
- Optimisation
Work on the internal administration with no effect on how the platform is used: the usage overview of the connected registers now includes a reconciliation against the respective counterpart.
- Optimisation
- 7.243.265
Company search is more precise
- Enhancement
When searching for a company name, only companies whose name matches the input are suggested - including when the details come from one of the supplementary registers. Restricting the search to a country now works reliably.
- Enhancement
- 7.242.264
Maintenance behind the scenes
- Optimisation
Work on the internal administration with no effect on how the platform is used: presentation settings unified and an automated check added that flags deviations immediately in future.
- Optimisation
- 7.242.263
Check items that do not apply to a company no longer count
- New feature
In a checklist-based audit, an item can now be marked as “Not applicable”. It then counts neither as met nor as unmet but stays out of the assessment – in the point score as well as in the summary. This makes results from both audit paths comparable with one another, even where a framework contains requirements that are irrelevant for a particular company.
- New feature
- 7.240.262
Company search now reliably tells you whether nothing was actually found
- Enhancement
When searching for a company in official registers, an empty result could appear in rare cases even though the query could not be evaluated. A problem that was hard to spot, because both looked the same. The two are now distinguished: an empty result means there is no match – anything else is reported as such.
- Enhancement
- 7.235.261
Checklist-based audits now receive a point score as well
- Enhancement
Until now, a point score existed only for audits run through a questionnaire. Where a scoring model is configured for the framework, a checklist-based audit now receives a point score as well – on the same scale and with the same rating levels. The existing percentage summary remains alongside it.
- Enhancement
- 7.232.260
Details about people from ended supplier relationships are deleted automatically
- Enhancement
Where details about a person – a company's officer, the result of a sanctions check – belong to your work with one of your suppliers, they are now deleted automatically: ten years and one day after that work ended. If a person appears at several of your suppliers, the most recently ended relationship counts.
- Enhancement
Some operations may run only once at a time per account – generating a report, for example. If such an operation dragged on unusually long, finishing it could also lift the protection around the operation that followed, leaving several running at once. That no longer happens.
- Enhancement
- 7.231.259
Sanctions checks on people stay unambiguous even when several people work at once
- Enhancement
If two people at your company check the same person against sanctions lists at the same moment, exactly one case is now created instead of two. That is more than tidiness: two entries about the same person could be decided differently by two reviewers – leaving two conflicting statements about one person.
- Security
In sanctions checks on individuals, the details of the person being checked stay confined to the case itself – they are not carried along in the system's technical operating records.
- Security
A component involved in building the user interface was raised to a newer version.
- Enhancement
- 7.229.258
The entire supplier network at a glance – and who appears in it more than once
- New feature
All your suppliers and their upstream suppliers now appear in one shared picture. If several of your suppliers name the same upstream supplier, it appears as a single node – you can see at a glance where several of your supply routes depend on the same company. Alongside the diagram, the same overview is available as a list. If a supplier has marked parts of their chain as confidential, the view states explicitly that the picture is incomplete.
- New feature
If one upstream supplier affects several of your suppliers, those suppliers carry a corresponding marker in your supplier list – stating which upstream supplier is involved and which of your suppliers also name it. The marker is a pointer for your own assessment and does not change the risk class by itself: for suppliers within the same group, a shared upstream supplier is the normal case.
- New feature
You can also see which people appear in the management of several companies in your network – based solely on data already captured with the company records. For each of these people, a check against sanctions lists can be triggered. Both statements are explicitly marked as suspicion: a name match means a person of that name exists – whether it is the same person is decided by a professional review.
- New feature
- 7.225.257
Company search is protected against automated bulk querying
- Security
Company search is protected against automated bulk querying. It allows a limited number of queries per minute: searching in very quick succession pauses until the preceding queries drop out of the window – at most one minute. The threshold can be raised while the platform is running.
- Security
- 7.224.255
The technical foundation is kept current
- Enhancement
The building blocks the platform rests on are kept up to date as a matter of routine. Nothing changes on screen – the benefit is that improvements from those building blocks reach you promptly, instead of piling up for months and then arriving in one large jump.
- Security
The building blocks that receive input from forms were raised to new versions.
- Enhancement
- 7.224.252
Audit results now carry a score you can follow
- New feature
For frameworks with a scoring model in place – ISO 9001 to begin with – a supplier audit now yields an overall score and a rating from «deficient» to «excellent». You set the point budget per framework; the initial ISO 9001 model uses 1000 points, and the rating follows the share achieved – so the same level means the same thing everywhere. The points are distributed across the areas of the framework – for ISO 9001, its standard chapters – and additionally broken down by the Plan-Do-Check-Act improvement cycle. It is immediately clear where a company is strong and where it should catch up. Frameworks without a scoring model continue to be assessed qualitatively.
- Enhancement
Requirements that do not apply to a company do not lower its score – they drop out of the calculation instead of counting as «not met». And as long as a scored requirement has not been assessed, the audit receives no rating at all: it visibly states «level shown once every scored requirement has been assessed» instead of a verdict that the next answer would change anyway.
- Enhancement
The point distribution of a framework can be defined in the administration area: how large the point budget is, how it is spread across the areas, and how much each individual question weighs within it. A ready-made distribution over 1000 points for ISO 9001 can be adopted with one click and adjusted afterwards.
- Enhancement
Issuing a certificate and requesting corrective action plans for the deviations found both require a fully completed review: as long as individual requirements have not been judged, the interface states this openly and blocks both steps. A good result can therefore never come about because questions were left untouched. Closing an audit as failed remains possible at any time – that is precisely what this path is for when a review cannot be carried through.
- Enhancement
The rating levels – from «deficient» to «excellent» – can be defined in the administration area: from which score which level applies, what it is called and what it means. A preview shows immediately which score lands in which level. The scale deliberately applies to all frameworks so that the same level means the same thing everywhere; audits already assessed keep their rating.
- New feature
- 7.220.251
At a glance: how far your supplier assessment has come
- New feature
Your dashboard now shows at a glance how far the assessment of your suppliers has progressed: how many companies are due to complete a self-declaration and how many of them have responded, and alongside it, how many supplier audits you have commissioned through us and how many are concluded. The period can be switched between 12, 24, 36 and 54 months.
- Enhancement
New explanatory symbols state right next to each figure how it is arrived at — for instance that a company with several requests counts only once, and which date the selected period refers to. Every figure can be understood without having to ask.
- New feature
- 7.216.246
The start page now shows only what you may open
- Enhancement
Administrators with restricted areas now see only the overviews they are actually allowed to open on the start page — instead of tiles that stay empty.
- Enhancement
- 7.216.245
More admins — with exactly the rights they need
- New feature
You can now create additional administrators and grant each of them access to individual areas of the administration. Support staff can look after accounts, trace bookings and help with payment questions — without access to system settings, templates or the price list. A ready-made scope for customer support is one click away, and every change takes effect immediately.
- Security
The protection rules around administrator accounts have been tightened and are now additionally monitored automatically.
- New feature
Earlier versions
Every calendar month has its own page. The number in brackets is the number of versions released that month.
- September 2026 (128)
- August 2026 (56)
- July 2026 (4)
The version number matches the one shown at the bottom of the home page. No version disappears: earlier ones remain permanently available via the monthly archive.
